Julie will be the keynote speaker this year in her native Wise County, Virginia. Her photography project “People and Their People” will be displayed on Friday night of 20th Union at the Southwest Virginia Historical Museum in Big Stone Gap, and at Mountain Empire Community College on Saturday.
